7 days: December 2019

The culinary adventure will begin at the 5-star resort Fairmont Mayakoba, Riviera Maya. You will be greeted by a Story Tour Captain to lead you to a sunset cocktail and tapas cruise with Chef Richard Sandoval. This journey will take you through the vision of Chef Sandoval's on-site restaurants and nearby plantation for a true farm-to-table experience. The journey will include hands-on chef sessions teaching you about: wine and beverage pairings, appetizer preparation, the key ingredients to the best main course and creating the final touches to finest desserts. Additional to planned culinary experience site-see ancient ruins such as the structures of Chichén Itzá, or the Tulum ruins. Tour Xcaret amusement park, zip-line through the forest or scuba dive near Cozumel.  Learn about cuisine and sample the best of Playa del Carmen with Chef Richard Sandoval.



7 days: September 2019

This experience will begin with a few days of sight-seeing in Florence, then a journey through the Tuscany countryside will lead to a three day stay in a villa in Cortona at a winery estate. Experience truffle hunting along with a Tuscany walking tour while visiting vineyards and olive groves. In addition to the planned culinary experiences with Chef Christopher Covelli, you will also enjoy our unique approach to dining at select restaurant venues and daily hands-on chef sessions teaching you about dinner planning and pairing. The Story Way® of dining features your Story Tour Captain who will select a variety of appetizers featuring the best of regional cuisine from around Italy along with unique red and white wine varietals. You will be presented with the menu the special dining experiences planned throughout the journey. Each day brings with it a new discovery and experience with Chef Covelli.
